Your assigned clerk will collect the keys from your local letting agent, key nest or outgoing tenant as required to conduct the property inspection and will return them to the agent or release to the incoming tenants at the end of our inspection.

Our clerk will inspect each room methodically ensuring every item is thoroughly inspected, which includes infrastructure and furnishings.

We take unlimited high definition photographs and video recordings of maintenance issues to ensure all details are captured and effectively communicated.

Once the visual onsite inspection has been conducted by our inventory clerk, our report is then processed by our back-office transcription team.

Our standard turnaround time is 72 hours, 48 hours with Express Inspect or 24 hours with Rapid Report - All reports are delivered on time or sooner with our best endeavours

The visiting clerk will review and approve the final draft before delivering the report to an email account of your choosing, this will include a private web link to your report, enabling you and your tenants to add their comments, upload supporting images, sign, print, or download a pdf copy.
