Your assigned clerk will collect the keys from your local letting agent, key nest or outgoing tenant as required to conduct the property inspection and will return them to the agent or release to the incoming tenants at the end of our inspection.

Our clerk will inspect each room methodically ensuring every item is thoroughly inspected, which includes infrastructure and furnishings.

We take unlimited high definition photographs and video recordings of maintenance issues to ensure all details are captured and effectively communicated.

Our inventory clerk conducts an onsite inspection and our back-office team processes the report. You can expect your report within 72 hours, or choose Express Inspect for 48-hour delivery or Rapid Report for 24-hour delivery. We always aim to deliver reports on time or earlier.

The visiting clerk will approve the final draft of your report and send it to your email. The email will contain a private web link that allows you and your tenants to add comments, upload images, sign, print, or download a PDF copy.
